- Manage talent assessment and succession planning initiatives and communications that are aligned with people strategy of each division and function.
- Function as a talent lead, partnering with aligned HRBPs to support designated client groups throughout the organization.
- Manage communications that are aligned with the company business strategy, people strategy and drive a high-performance culture
- Support the evolution and executes the organization's Performance Management Strategy.
- Stay abreast of trends and emerging practices to leverage competitive practices, and make the necessary changes and modifications to ensure Performance Excellence stays relevant and continues to meet the business objectives..
- Liaise with business leaders to understand the issues and people obstacles impeding progress with the annual cycle.
- Plan, develop and implement talent assessment and succession planning strategy and programs, building superior bench strength.
- Analyze internal and external trends and metrics
- Bachelor's degree is required. Degree in an HR-related or business discipline is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in talent management.
- Experience delivering to international groups and using a variety of delivery methods and platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of various learning and development in design choices and the use of different media to engage range of learners and skill sets
- Ability to translate business strategy and operational plans into actionable workforce and talent management plans and programs.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships across all levels
- A dedication to creative problem-solving and innovative thinking
- Self-starter who is results-oriented and passionate for learning and development
- Demonstrated autonomy, accountability, agility, and ability to overcome obstacles and focus on action and implementation
- Strong data analysis, organization, and time management skills
