    :

    · Looking for individuals with a flair for Analytics to be part of BY's Analytics Team with the ability to leverage different platforms to design, build and maintain KPIs to measure company performance

    Scope:

    · Core responsibilities include Analytical thinking and problem solving aptitude and proficiency with BI Tools and good communication skills.

    · The candidate will perform in an Individual Contributor capacity while working in tandem with the analytics team

    Our current technical environment:

    · Software: Azure, SQL, PowerBI, Python

    What you'll do:

    · Work with Business stakeholders to Design, implement, maintain KPIs, datasets, dashboard and business intelligence to be used by all or specific business unit of BlueYonder

    · Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications

    · Be a trusted advisor to management on various projects, related data and reporting requests to support initiatives, ad-hoc projects and assignments as they develop

    · Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.

    What we are looking for:


    • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Business Analytics


    • Proficient with SQL, Azure, Power BI , Python and beginner level skills in AI/ML concepts and execution


    • Demonstrate the ability to wireframe/design the solution
