    Descripción

    Responsabilidades:

    • Toma decisiones para asegurarse que el producto final cumpla con los requerimientos de entrada más actuales del cliente.
    • Dirige a un equipo multidisciplinario de ingeniería para diseñar, desarrollar e implementar nuevos productos que satisfagan los requerimientos del cliente.
    • Administra a todo su personal a cargo para realizar sus actividades en una forma eficiente, eficaz y al menor costo, maximizando el presupuesto para cumplir con los objetivos planteados.
    • Se asegura que toda la documentación y registros los cuales proporcionen evidencia de que el diseño, la validación y la verificación del diseño fueron desarrollados, sean reunidos, archivados y mantenidos de acuerdo a los requerimientos de documentación.
    • Supervisa, capacita y motiva a sus subordinados para desarrollar sus actividades en una forma coordinada y en un buen ambiente de trabajo.
    • Revisa y evalúa todos los cambios de ingeniería, derivados de una mejora continua, reducción de costos, acciones correctivas y/o requerimientos de clientes, y que estos sean implementados apropiadamente.
