    Descripción

    This position is in charge of leading the development and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions and technologies, including early access programs for UCB's upcoming medicines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct and carry out clinical development and RWE projects in Mexico, focusing on Neurology and Immunology
    • Coordinate external affairs advocacy by collaborating with government officials, professional associations, and KOLs
    • Collaborate with the Access Team to create local value dossiers for current and upcoming assets
    • Support the Access team in securing inclusion of current and new assets in the national medicines compendium
    • Identify and assess opportunities for healthcare innovation
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in healthcare technology and early access programs
    • Develop and implement innovation strategies using project management skills and fostering cross-collaboration
    • Evaluate and prioritize potential projects based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with organizational objectives
    • Lead cross-functional teams consisting of healthcare professionals, technology specialists, designers, and other stakeholders
    • Determine the most suitable early access strategy for the rare and ultra-rare portfolio, considering specific conditions and overall product strategy
    • Create and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that supports the organization's mission and long-term vision, defining key focus areas, objectives, and a roadmap for achieving innovation goals

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare Management, overseeing product development, launch preparedness, or similar roles with a history of delivering innovative solutions
    • Ability to communicate healthcare and access concepts effectively and inspiringly
    • Capability to establish and nurture meaningful relationships with key stakeholders
    • Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, challenges, and regulatory landscape
    • Outstanding leadership skills that can inspire and motivate diverse teams
    • Exceptional project management capabilities with a focus on achieving results
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
    • Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to develop unique and pioneering solutions
