    Job Description

    This position is a key strategic and operational leadership role primarily responsible for order entry, Revenue Recognition controls, administration, analysis, monitoring and compliance with local pricing policies and coordination for government and private market sales billing guaranteeing the Compliance of the Mexican Tax Law. Also, it must assist the accounting close so is expected to maintain knowledge of all the SOPs/procedures related to quoting, order processing, credit notes, returns and accruals.

    This position is responsible to lead and implement the projects related to Billing process in SAP based on new legal and tax regulations working with FSS and BTS.

    This position must keep a strong partnership with other areas of the organization such as Market Access, D&L, QA, FV, PSP, BPO, FSS, and Tax COE. Externally must have good relationship with call center, with the provider of the electronic billing which is a Mexican Tax Requirement and with Auditors (internal and external).

    Main activities:

    Lead the administration of customer catalogs, prices, contracts and CMIR Customer Material Info Record, validation of information prior to loading, review and approval in DSP, confirmation of loading in the system.

    Validation of material information (descriptions, prices / taxes, configuration under Mexican regulations)

    Lead and coordinate the order process in the ERP system. Reception and validation prior to loading into the system and review of orders in SAP ensuring that the information of the orders is in accordance with the PO of the customer (prices, customer data, inventory, texts, etc.) and release of orders

    Coordinate with BPO (Business process outsourcing) to capture orders information in SAP

    Coordinate with Distribution & Logistic for the allocation and confirmation of inventory

    Guarantee the orders billed to the Government Institutions are in compliance with all the requirements of each institution, as well with the local legal and tax regulations.

    Administration of PAC (Authorized Certification Provider according to the Mexican Tax Authorities), contract, configuration, and monitoring, to guarantee with the compliance of the electronic invoice.

    Lead, plan and implement the projects needed to adapt SAP with the new changes and requirements ensuring the compliance with the Affiliate's policies and procedures as well the Mexican Tax requirements in terms of the CFDI's (invoices, Returns, Credit / Debit Notes, Transfer and Payment Complement receipt). Work closely with FSS and BTS team.

    Administrate the Call Center, coordinate the contract with the provider and guarantee the configuration, monitoring and training to other areas. Follow-up and resolution of cases received

    Coordination between the different areas involved: FV, QA, PS.

    -Prepare and analyze reports and information requested by Internal or External Auditors to support audit processes.

    Develop and manage the personnel staff.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration or Accounting
    • 5+ years of order management or customer service experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge using a ERP database adding: customer master information, booking orders and releasing orders for invoicing and shipment
    • Experience in the healthcare industry mainly attending government and private accounts
    • Demonstrate strong, accurate technical skills. Must be detail oriented.
