    Gerente de Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente

    Lo que implica este trabajo: Encargado de la implementación del Programa de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente de la operación en multi cuentas y varios sitios.

    • Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Gerente de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente para unirse a nuestro equipo:

  • Zona de trabajo : Miguel Hidalgo y con diponibilida dde viajar el 30% del tiempo a nivel Nacional
  • Horario de trabajo : Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs. con disponibilidad a atender emergencias fuera de este horario
  • Modalidad de trabajo :Presencial

    • ¿Cuál es tu día a día?


    •Asegurar el cumplimiento de auditorías periódicas para garantizar que los procedimientos de seguridad en el sitio estén en su lugar y funcionando; entregar reporte mensual.


    •Coordinar la realización de procedimientos y formatos de HSSE, cuando sea necesario.


    •Participar y liderar el programa "Safety Moment"


    •Realizar y coordinar la realización de auditorías de EPP y procesos de HSSE en todos los sitios a su cargo


    •Coordinar las auditorías de señalización de HSSE


    •Verificar y establecer acciones ante la identificación de actos y condiciones inseguras y reportar como Good Catch


    •Establecer acciones de estrategia y cumplimiento al de registro de eventos en CMO dentro de las primeras 24horas


    •Implementar y verificar el cumplimiento de objetivos del SGI


    •Asegurar la gestión del manejo de residuo


    •Implementar acciones para mejorar el desempeño de seguridad en la operación

    *Asegurar la participación en el Comité de Seguridad de cada equipo de trabajo a su cargo.


    •Asegurar que el área es un asesor continuo en la compra de herramientas y EPP adecuados para la ejecución de los trabajos a realizarse, protegiendo y optimizando siempre los recursos de la empresa


    •Verifica el cumplimiento al programa de seguridad en actividades, y servicios de proveedores de JLL


    •Confirmar, comunicar y confirmar la implementación del programa de análisis de riesgo de las actividades, mantenimientos y servicios a realizar por los proveedores


    •Verificación y comunicación de la capacitación requerida de HSSE a proveedores

    Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas (


    •Ingeniería concluida (Industrial, Ingeniero Ambiental o similares)


    •Diplomado de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente

    *Registro como Agente Capacitador Externo ante la STPS


    •Experiencia previa en instalaciones, administración de propiedades, hospitalidad o campo relacionado preferido


    •Cuenta con conocimiento de los requisitos locales de salud y seguridad ocupacional, instalaciones críticas y administración de proveedores para servicios especializados


    •Experiencia en comprender los aspectos técnicos básicos de la propiedad (HVAC en cuartos de comunicación, IDF, MDF o site, sistema de enfriamiento, sistemas PCI, sistema mecánico y eléctrico, sistema BMS)


    •Conocimientos de legislación, Protección Civil, Semarnat, STPS


    •DC5 para poder impartir cursos (requerida)


    •Certificación en Six Sigma (deseable)


    •Certificación en Tri-norma (deseable)

  • 3-5 años de experiencia en Seguridad e Higiene de propiedades, hospitalidad o campos relacionados.
  • Inglés Avanzado
