    As a Sr Sales Analytics Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a vital contributor to our organization's data-driven decision-making processes.

    You will play a key role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive sales optimization.

    Your responsibilities will encompass data analysis, reporting, and the development of performance metrics.

    In this role, you will impact the sales and marketing teams, leveraging your data analysis skills to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

    Your role will be instrumental in enhancing our sales strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring we meet our business objectives.



    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Lead and drive the development and implementation of sales analytics strategies
    • Analyze complex sales data and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance
    • Identify trends and patterns to support sales forecasting and planning
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven sales strategies and initiatives
    • Incorporate predictive analytics into current data architecture to further drive business opportunity
    • Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales and marketing

    YOU MUST HAVE


    • 2+ years of transferrable experience
    • Proven track record of success in sales analytics or related roles
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools: Tableau, Python, SQL, Micro/ Macros Excel, Power BI, Alteryx
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to lead and inspire a team
