Como Representante de Atención a Cliente Trilingüe, Español-Inglés-Portugués trabajando en la Ciudad de México, serás parte de la creación y entrega de experiencias increíbles para los clientes mientras #ExperienceTTEC, una experiencia laboral galardonada y cultura de la empresa.

    Lo que estarás haciendo
    ¿Te apasiona ayudar a los demás y darles tranquilidad? En este rol, trabajarás para resolver los problemas del cliente antes de escalarlos al siguiente nivel. Ya sea para obtener respuestas para los clientes rápidamente, consultar productos con precisión o resolver sus problemas con una sonrisa, tú serás la diferencia entre una experiencia del cliente promedio o una excepcional.

    Durante un día típico, tú

    • Responder a las comunicaciones entrantes de los clientes

    • Realizar investigaciones y proporcionar respuestas a los clientes para resolver sus problemas

    Lo que aportas al puesto

    • Portugués, inglés y español avanzado tanto escrito como hablado

    • Debe estar disponible para trabajar los fines de semana y las tardes

    • Capacidad para navegar a través de varias aplicaciones web simultáneamente (multitarea)

    • Competencia en el uso de Microsoft Windows

    • Vivir en la ciudad de México o sus alrededores, eso es perfecto. ¿Vives en el Estado? Eso también es genial
