    SALES SPECIALIST (Account Management OEM) Hybrid

    Location Tlaquepaque, Jal.

    YOUR TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

    Strategic business development
    Monitoring the market situation, competitor activities, customer requirementsand trends.
    Suggest project prioritizations and participate in cross-functional workshopsand meetings.

    Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM):
    Establishing and maintaining customer contacts.
    Ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction.
    Developing and leveraging customer potential.
    Coordinate, prepare and track customer visits.
    Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
    Coordinate and maintain communication with and between internal and external customers.

    Acquisition & Change Management
    Conducting acquisition activities in accordance with agreed strategies and targets.
    Preparing and conducting presentations.
    Preparing and conducting negotiations.

    Contract Management
    Coordinate, prepare and track framework agreements.
    Review all customer contract documents against Hella's internal requirements and carry out the necessary internal coordination.
    Purchase Orders review and processing.

    Project supervision

    Participating in development projects.

    Monitoring and tracking of customer escalations.

    Reporting

    KPI & Target tracking

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    Engineering bachelor's degree / Finance/ Administration
    Preferrable Automotive industry
    Analytical Thinking
    Good people management
    100% English Bilingual / German desirable
    5-6 years of expertise on sales field
