    • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
    • Implement robust financial controls, risk management practices, and governance frameworks within the finance shared services center together with the SSC manager and the global team.
    • Manage a growing team in a moving environment, ensuring quality, productivity and client satisfaction
    • Continuously monitor and analyze financial performance on your scope and identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy for accounting teams.
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners o ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for accounting-related queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
    • Foster a cu_lture of customer service excellence within the finance shared services center, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    Perfil del candidato
    • +5 years of Significant experience in management of centralized organization
    • Strong accounting skills
    • Proven track record of achievement with strong impact on performance of a country and productivity of accounting centralized teams
    • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with ability to inspire and motivate
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive process improvements and change initiatives.100% fluent in English.
