    Job Summary

    The Catalog Analyst position reports to the Group Manager of the Data Management Services Department of JNPSoft. The Catalog Analyst will be responsible for, analyzing, interpreting, cleaning, and storing data using different approaches and our in-house tool. The main objective for this role will be transforming raw data into a standardized, meaningful, and unique data set for auto parts catalog listings. The Catalog Analyst should be able to adapt to many different levels of data accuracy. This role takes care of the management of customer application data within the Automotive Aftermarket Industry as well as the expansion and support of existing customers regarding the TecAlliance solution portfolio.

    The location for this role can be anywhere in North America (US, CA, MX). This is a remote work position.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    In this role, the Catalog Analyst will:

  • Review the request to determine its type and plan the steps towards its completion
  • Implements data standards by using our in-house tools and Excel to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics
  • Log some stats and results in our ticketing system and communicate the outcome to the client
  • Collaborates with the clients to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years of demonstrative experience
  • Full understanding of the ACES and PIES Standards
  • Experience working with application and OEM data
  • Ability to work in a well-structured, independent, goal-oriented, and efficient manner
  • Passionate about automotive technology and have a good understanding of business processes
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Basic statistical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Critical thinking abilities
  • Data analysis and exploration abilities
  • Data cleaning and preparation abilities
  • Cognitive flexibility
  • Fluent in English language skills, other languages are an advantage

    Associate Degree, or Technical degree preferred

    Le poste d'analyste de catalogue est placé sous la responsabilité du chef de groupe du département des services de gestion des données de JNPSoft. L'analyste catalogue sera responsable de l'analyse, de l'interprétation, du nettoyage et du stockage des données à l'aide de différentes approches et de notre outil interne. L'objectif principal de ce poste sera de transformer les données brutes en un ensemble de données standardisées, significatives et uniques pour les listes de catalogues de pièces automobiles. L'analyste de catalogue doit être capable de s'adapter à différents niveaux de précision des données.

    Ce rôle est essentiel car il définit la quantité et la qualité des données que l'entreprise peut traiter et produire. Il est chargé de la gestion des données d'application des clients dans l'industrie du marché secondaire de l'automobile, ainsi que de l'expansion et du soutien des clients existants en ce qui concerne le portefeuille de solutions de TecAlliance.

    La localisation de ce poste peut être n'importe où en Amérique du Nord (US, CA, MX).

    FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS

    Dans ce rôle, l'analyste de catalogue devra :

    Examiner la demande pour en déterminer le type et planifier les étapes de sa réalisation.

    Mettre en œuvre des normes de données en utilisant nos outils internes et Excel pour extraire, synthétiser et valider des données provenant de différentes sources et transformer les données en métriques utilisables.

    enregistrer certaines statistiques et certains résultats dans notre système de gestion des tickets et communiquer le résultat au client

    Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins, leurs objectifs et leurs exigences.

    COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE

    2 à 5 ans d'expérience démonstrative

    Compréhension totale des normes ACES et PIES

    Expérience de travail avec des données d'application et des données OEM

    Capacité à travailler de manière structurée, indépendante, orientée vers les objectifs et efficace.

    Passionné par la technologie automobile et ayant une bonne compréhension des processus commerciaux

    Compétences de base en Excel

    Compétences de base en statistiques

    Bonne capacité de communication

    Souci du détail

    Capacité de réflexion critique

    Capacités d'analyse et d'exploration des données

    Capacités de nettoyage et de préparation des données

    Flexibilité cognitive

    Maîtrise de l'anglais, d'autres langues sont un atout.

    Formation :

    Diplôme d'associé ou diplôme technique de préférence
