    Agencia internacional de sourcing (compras), está en busca de un talentoso Gerente de Adquisiciones Estratégicas y Desarrollo Comercial.

    Esta posición es una oportunidad emocionante para liderar la estrategia de abastecimiento para los clientes AAA a nivel internacional, mientras se encarga de captar nuevas empresas como parte integral de su rol comercial.



    Requisitos:

    Responsabilidades:

    • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de adquisición para satisfacer las necesidades específicas de los clientes AAA.
    • Identificar y evaluar proveedores potenciales, negociar términos y condiciones contractuales favorables y establecer relaciones sólidas con los proveedores clave.
    • Analizar continuamente el mercado para identificar oportunidades de mejora en costos, calidad y eficiencia operativa.
    • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos para garantizar una alineación efectiva de la estrategia de adquisiciones con los objetivos comerciales generales.
    • Gestionar el rendimiento y la satisfacción del cliente, asegurando un servicio excepcional y la entrega oportuna de productos y servicios.
    • Liderar iniciativas de desarrollo comercial, identificando y captando nuevas empresas como clientes potenciales.
    • Participar en procesos de licitación, preparando propuestas competitivas y asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos.

    Requisitos:

    • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Economía u otro campo relevante.
    • Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en gestión de adquisiciones estratégicas, preferiblemente en un entorno internacional.
    • Habilidades demostradas en negociación, análisis de datos y gestión de proyectos.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con equipos multifuncionales.
    • Experiencia comprobada en la participación exitosa en procesos de licitación.
    • Dominio indispensable del idioma inglés, tanto oral como escrito.

    Esquema de presencialidad híbrido. Las oficinas se encuentran en Santa Fe.

    Se ofrece: sueldo atractivo + bono + prestaciones de ley + prestaciones superiores a las de la ley atractivas + bono por desempeño
