    Channel Marketing Specialist

    Colabora con 3Mers innovadores alrededor del mundo

    Como Channel Marketing Spec , desempeñará un papel clave para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias / programas de marketing enfocados en el punto de venta del canal que maximizan la generación de demanda y la participación de mercado de nuestras marcas. En la división de CBG (Consumer Business Group). En este rol podrás generar crecimiento adaptando los programas prioritarios del área en estrategias y programas. Desarrollar una comprensión profunda del canal, consolidar estrategias de comercialización, tácticas de marketing, desarrollar herramientas y operaciones para maximizar el impacto en el punto de venta. Captura y usa información para desarrollar planes y acciones, trabajar con equipos de diferentes áreas como activation, shopper marketing para ejecutar programas y estrategias de forma local de acuerdo con las necesidades del canal.

    El impacto que tendrás en este rol

    El Puesto está a cargo del diseño y ejecución de los planes de generación de demanda enfocados en el punto de venta y la Inversión en actividades y materiales.

    El Channel Marketing Spec es un puesto importante en Consumer Business Group porque es el responsable de entregar el plan de sell out por cuenta basado en las estrategias de las marcas.

    • Tienen como principal objetivo la generación de demanda (Sell Out).
    • Están basados en conocimiento del canal, insights y analytics.
    • Maximizan el ROI de la inversión (MDFs), la relevancia e impacto de nuestras marcas en el canal.
    • Generan compromiso entre los equipos de ventas, operaciones, shopper marketing ,etc.
    • Agregan valor a nuestros clientes.

    Las habilidades y experiencia que buscamos

    Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con:

    • Licenciatura Concluída, preferentemente Mercadotecnia y/o Administración de Empresas o similares
    • Experiencia analizando grandes cantidades de datos y tendencias.
    • Capacidad para pensar de forma crítica y creativa.
    • Habilidades de negociación y manejo de proveedores.
    • Control presupuestal y rentabilidad de inversiones.

    Experiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:

    • Fuerte conocimiento de la industria de consumo. Canal Tradicional (Jarcería, Abarrotes, Papelero, Ferretero y Farmacéutico).
    • Experiencia en Trade Marketing en empresas de consumo (preferentemente)
    • Manejo de idioma Inglés Intermedio- Avanzado
    • Lectura y comprensión de información de mercado
    • Disponibilidad para viajar (30 % de su tiempo)
