    YOUR TASKS

    • Working within the project team according to the HELLA PEP7 as standardized process for development projects
    • Follow-up the targets in terms of quality, cost and timing – QTC by analysis and evaluation of lessons learned and opportunities for improvements of the projects – Re-DtC
    • Supporting in implementation actions to ensure best practices based on the quality, cost and timing - QTC targets specified by the clients, using major result-securing methods (e.g. FMEA, Engineering Change Management) in order to meet customer requirements and achieve optimum economic efficiency
    • Initiation of continuous product development to ensure the QCT targets for the plant; like manufacturing costs, gross margin, non-quality expenses; through the analysis and evaluation of lessons learned and opportunities for improvements of the project (risks, problems, opportunities, threats), looking for driving lean manufacturing

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
    • Holding a Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering
    • 3 years of project work experience in automotive industry

    • SAP skills
