Factores Críticos de éxito / entregables claves: 1. Negocios Entiende los objetivos y la estrategia general del negocio Instruments (Go-to-market).Orienta al equipo sobre inteligencia de mercado, en su proceso de cumplir con las metas financieras y de ventas del negocio.2.
Ventas Prospecta y monitorea para que las cuotas de ventas estén siendo cumplidas por el equipo de ventas/especialistas.3.Planeamiento de Negocios Desarrolla estrategias para generar nuevos negocios e introducir nuevos productos tanto en el canal directo (hospitales públicos y privados) como indirecto (socios comerciales).4.
Cumplimiento Conduce todos los negocios y asuntos cumpliendo con las leyes y normas, incluyendo la Ley de Prácticas Anti-Corrupción (FCPA), el Código de Conducta Comercial de Stryker, con los más altos principios éticos.5.
