    You will oversee credit management and/or cash collection activity. Working with the sales and finance functions, you will minimize overdues, clear claims, and deductions accurately and promptly, monitoring and reducing our risk while minimizing bad debt write-offs.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    • Oversee customer credit risk management and effective customer collections, defining collection strategies, new customer onboarding, ongoing credit assessments, risk category, and credit limit maintenance
    • Communicate and enforce the global credit policy, building relationships with major customers and supporting sales teams
    • Ensure technical proficiency of bill-to-cash staff, manage credit analysis team, and receivables collection, including training and skills development
    • Represent the company in credit groups, manage high-risk accounts and bankruptcies, ensure staff compliance with legal credit issues

    What you will bring

    A strong drive for your future and career acceleration along with the following experience and knowledge:

    • Significant experience in credit and collection management or financial accounting
    • Business acumen in credit decision context
    • Leadership experience, data analysis skills, meeting timelines and KPIs focus
    • Great interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate
    • Advanced English proficiency, SOX control knowledge, and audit experience
    • Stakeholder management, tax, and fiscal knowledge (mandatory)
    • No relocation support available
