    Scope
    This position reports directly to Quality Manager
    Responsible for quality performance of customers/ suppliers
    Follow-up on action plan

    Main activities
    Establish or develop a plan to ensure the quality of raw materials with suppliers
    Attention and scheduled visits with clients
    Monitoring of evidence and effectiveness of proposed actions in the root cause analysis and closure of the same for external quality events
    Preparation of Visual Aids and quality alerts in the event of external events

    Accountability including KPIs
    Ensure the dissemination with all operational personnel (Quality and Production) of the arts and visual aids made
    Lead and coordinate quality inspectors in the incoming / finished product areas
    Ensure the quality of raw materials by coordinating timely inspections in the receiving area
    Measurement and monitoring of supplier performance indicators

    Profile (Experience & qualifications)
    Bachelor degree in Engineering or other technical disciplines
    1-2 years of experience in managing customers and suppliers
    Knowledge of the areas of Quality Assurance and Control, metrology, SRC, receipt inspection, process inspection, output inspection, as well as knowledge of internal procedures and instructions
    Problem solving methodology
    Skills in conflict management, providing logical and realistic solutions that lead to targeted results.
    Strict confidentiality and adherence to discipline
