- Comunicar al Ejecutivo Premier y/o áreas respectivas cuando se identifiquen oportunidades de negocio en la que se promuevan los productos y/o servicios de HSBC Premier
- Representar, en cada interacción con el cliente, los pilares y estándares de servicio globales que caracterizan al segmento Premier
- Ser un punto de apoyo en la relación del Ejecutivo Premier con el cliente mediante un servicio oportuno y preciso que garantice la atención a sus necesidades. Requirements
- Licenciatura concluida o pasante en el ramo Económico-Administrativo o Ingenierías
- Experiencia de 2 años en el ramo de atención a clientes y servicio
- Conocimiento de los productos y servicios Premier
- Conocimiento en sistemas operacionales y procedimientos de sucursal
- Manejo situacional y habilidad de negociación
- Conocimiento medio en mercados financieros
- Certificación AMIB III
