    LOGISTICS MANAGER

    PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS

    1.- MAKE SURE THAT THE MATERIAL REQUIRED AS SPARE PARTS OR MATERIAL FOR PROJECTS OR SALES ARE ON THE RIGHT PLACE IN TIME AND FORM. THE LOGISTIC MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PLAN AND IMPLEMENT WHEN NECESARY, THE SITE LOGISTIC AREA, WITH ALL INFRAESTRUCTURE NEEDED.

    2.- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRAFFIC OF MATERIAL, BOTTH LOCAL AND IMPORTED, SELECTING THE APPROPRIATE TRANSPORTATION PROCEDURES, MINIMIZING THE COST LEVELS FOR THIS CONCEPT, SELECTING SHIPMENT METHODS ACCORDING TO THE OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPANY AND THE COST OF INVENTORIES SPEED UP THE HANDLING OF CRITICAL MATERIAL.

    3.-MAKE SURE THAT THE SPARE PARTS REQUESTED BY THE SPARE PARTS DEPARTMENT OF THE DIFFERENT PFS, APT, MPS, DURR BUSINESS UNITS, ARRIVE ON THE DATES COMMITTED TO OUR CUSTOMERS, COACH THE LOGISTIC SDRVICE USERS THE BEST PRACTICES.

    4.- RESPONSIBLE BY THE OPERATION OF THE WAREHOSE, CONTROL DE INVENTORY, SUPPLY RELIABLE REPORTS FOR THE DECISION MAKERS.

    5.- DEVEOP A GOOD AND RELIABLE COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMS AGENT ENSURING THE BEST PRACTICES ARE IN PLACE.

    6.- MANAGE THE SITE OPERATION REGARDING LOGISTIC SERVICES, AS WAREHOUSE, RECEIVING MATERIAL, ENSURE THE CORRECT PRESERVATION OF THE MATERIAL IN STOCK, TRAINNING THE TEAM SITE FOR THE CORRECT PROCEDURES.

    7.- RESPONSIBLE TO PLAN AND MANAGE THE ERECTION OF SITE WAREHOUSE WHEN AND WHERE IS NECESSARY.

    8.- ANALYSDE THE MARKET TO PROPOSE BETTER SOLUTION FOR TEMPORAL SOLUTIONS LIKE TRANSPORTATION PROBLEMS, OVER COST, SHORTAGE OF SUPPLIES.

    9.- BE AWARE ABOUT PROCEDURES AND RULES FROM CUSTOMER TO TRANSPORT ACCEPTANCE, WAREHOUSE ON SITE, PARTS RECEIVING, EMISSION OF GOODS RECEPEIT.
