- Gestionar y actualizar nuestra presencia en las principales OTAs para asegurar la exactitud de la información del hotel, tarifas, disponibilidad y contenido promocional.
- Coordinar y negociar actualizaciones de inventario con los proveedores de extranets.
- Maximizar la generación de ingresos mediante la optimización de nuestras tarifas y restricciones en base a la demanda y la competencia.
- Supervisar las reservas hechas a través de CRS y asegurar la disponibilidad y tarifas adecuadas.
- Utilizar sistemas de RMS para analizar y predecir la demanda y recomendar ajustes de precios y estrategias de distribución.
- Gestionar y mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes en nuestros sistemas de Channel Managers.
- Realizar análisis de rendimiento y elaborar informes periódicos sobre las métricas clave de distribución.
- Licenciatura en administración de empresas, ingeniería u otra a fin.
- Mínimo 2 años en hotelería, tour operadores y/o agencias de viajes.
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)
- Capacidad para analizar datos y evaluar tendencias para tomar decisiones informadas.
- Habilidades de negociación para garantizar colaboraciones exitosas con proveedores de distribución.
- Fuertes habilidades comunicativas para colaborar con diferentes departamentos y proveedores externos.
- Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas y tecnologías de distribución hotelera.
