    Job Description

    As part of the team for Special Distribution Region Project Orders, you will be responsible for overseeing order tracking processes to enhance Supply Chain efficiency, minimize costs, and deliver top-notch customer service. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments involved in the Sales Process to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).

    • Coordinate returns or transfers to/from Texcoco and the special distribution region.
    • Monitor inventory levels at the SKU level to manage replenishment processes based on inventory targets and demand forecasts for special distribution project(s). Follow up on additional inventory actions.
    • Serve as the key contact between Strategic Partner, Sales, and Operations Continental. Responsible for tracking KPIs and implementing action plans for this distribution channel.
    • Capture orders using internal platforms, manage incoming orders, and ensure effective communication with customers both internally and externally.
    • Coordinate and plan express delivery routes from Texcoco Warehouse to Dealers and monitor delivery performance.
    • Analyze and follow up on various reports such as Orderbook, Inventories, Credit, Invoice status, consignment control.
    • Follow up on current projects and assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives in the area.
    • Manage k2 and create Credit Notes including rebills and returns.
    • Coordinate and oversee inventory in Guadalajara and Monterrey, track invoicing according to procedures, and monitor return policy rules.
    • Conduct inventory analysis and replenishment for Special Distribution Customers, request transport for replenishment, and ensure timely delivery.
    • Maintain various reports such as TOC, Consignment control, channel, and distributor performance.
    • Support and enhance data management skills with KPIs and projects specialists.
    • Attend relevant trainings for professional growth.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • 1-2 years of professional experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse.
    • Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level required, B2 or higher is a plus).
    • Experience with SAP Applications, particularly SD Modules.
    • Proficiency in Data Analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
    • Previous knowledge of Supply Chain management.
    • Desirable expertise in Customer Journey Design.
    • Strong inventory management skills.
    • Experience in KPI Management including Distribution Time and Inventory level.
