Collaborate with department heads to ensure a deep awareness of staffing needs, and adjust recruitment approaches in response to market conditions and company growth. Innovate sourcing methods to attract passive and diverse candidates, and successfully use social media and professional networks to broaden recruitment outreach.
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear hiring objectives and goals. Conduct regular meetings to review progress and tackle any challenges. Ensure the recruitment staff receives ongoing training and development to enhance their performance.
    • Design and execute a strategy that ensures a positive experience for candidates, incorporating their feedback to refine the recruitment process. Guarantee clear and prompt communication with candidates at every stage of hiring. Craft and uphold informative and engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
    • Develop a compelling employer value proposition to set our company apart in the competitive market. Work in tandem with marketing to craft engaging recruitment campaigns. Actively engage in job fairs and recruitment events to bolster the company's presence, and manage our online employer branding on platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 6+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
    • 3+ years managing a recruitment team
    • 2+ years with recruitment metrics and data analysis
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

    • Experience in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events
    • Experience with online employer branding and reputation management
    • Knowledge with sourcing techniques for passive and diverse candidate pools
    • Skill in analyzing recruitment metrics to inform strategy adjustments
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets
    • Successful implementation of innovative recruitment campaigns
    • History of improving recruitment processes based on candidate feedback

We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
