    Prospección de nuevos clientes (Cobertura) + gestión e informes de distribuidores:


    • Maximizar la cobertura geográfica y la cobertura por segmentos de negocio dentro de esa geografía a través de socios de canal indirecto
    • Estimar el potencial de mercado y evaluar las oportunidades más importantes, identificar vacíos.
    • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de ventas en las regiones y desarrollar a través de nuestro canal indirecto.
    • Identificar nuevos jugadores para cubrir la región
    • Caza de principales oportunidades indirectas.
    • Priorizar el foco para el crecimiento de las innovaciones
    • Implementación de plataformas de negocios para acelerar el crecimiento (LEM, Taski Diversey Consulting, DLMS, etc)
    • Analizar la organización de canal indirecto disponible en la región para acelerar el crecimiento.
    • Administrar el embudo de ventas directo e indirecto
    • Buscar sinergias para el crecimiento con otros distribuidores en la región.
    • Monitoreo mensual de cuentas directas transferido a distribuidores.

    Canal indirecto – implementación de modelos:

    • Implementar la estrategia de canales indirectos en la región bajo su responsabilidad.
    • Implementar los modelos comerciales en cada uno de los socios.
    • Seguir en forma mensual la evolución del negocio. Debe tener un programa estructurado para BR con cada socio.
    • Entrenar a les representantes de venta indirectos.
    • Introducir innovaciones en la región con apoyo del Marketing.
    • Gestionar conflictos de canales indirectos en la región, con fuerte disciplina.
    • Leer y administrar las líneas del P & L hasta Selling Contribution.
    El Administrador comercial de distribuidores autorizados exclusivos tiene la responsabilidad de desarrollar el negocio de canal indirecto exclusivo en una región específica / sector a través de socios estratégicos (de aquí en adelante se lo mencionará como DAM)
