    As our company continues its dynamic growth, we are actively seeking a new member of our Business Development Team.

    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. This role is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about both sales and recruitment , with the goal of driving business growth and building a high-performing team. If you are a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen interest in fostering relationships with clients and potential talent, we invite you to join us.

    Location: remote within Eastern time zone (EST).

    Your main responsibilities:

    • Coordinating business development and sales initiatives.
    • Generate leads through LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator ) and other platforms and nurture them.
    • Collaborate with HR team in candidate selection and interviews.
    • Formulating and editing materials, newsletters, posts on websites and social media.
    • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including email communication, documentation and record-keeping.

    What are we looking for:

    • Lead generation experience (LinkedIn and other), cold mailing and cold calling, sales and/or marketing.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • MS Office.
    • Location: Mexico

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in IT recruitment or related HR roles is a plus.
    • Familiarity with IT terminology and trends is advantageous.
