    Responsibilities / Tasks

    El Ingeniero de Servicio en Campo es una pieza elemental dentro del equipo de Servicio, donde las principales funciones serán:

    Realizar instalación, puesta en marcha, mantenimiento de rutina, servicio de emergencia, trabajos de garantía y reparaciones menores de una variedad de productos y paquetes de equipos industriales bajo supervisión ocasional, además de detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para la compañía.

    ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?:

  • Atención directa de nuestro cliente para la realización de servicio de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo con base a los estándares GEA.
  • Instalar adecuadamente y bajo los estándares GEA los equipos asignados dentro de la planeación semanal y generar el reporte de ejecución.
  • Impartir al cliente la asesoría o entrenamiento correspondiente y relacionado con rutinas de servicio de operador y documentar la actividad en el Reporte de Servicio Técnico.
  • Proporcionar soporte al cliente explicando el método de trabajo previo a la ejecución y asegurar el cierre correcto del mismo con el reporte de servicio de campo autorizados por el cliente, así como la creación del reporte de las actividades y recomendaciones clave.
  • Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas mecánicos y eléctricos en compresores y manejo de amoniaco, garantizando un rendimiento óptimo.
  • Desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo para maximizar la eficiencia y vida útil de los compresores.
  • Colaboración con el equipo de ingeniería, entendiendo la lectura de diagramas, para optimizar el diseño y funcionamiento de los compresores.

    ¿Qué educación, conocimiento y experiencia necesitas?

    Educación:

  • Título universitario en ingeniería electronica, mecánica o relacionada (deseable).
  • Certificación manejo de amoniaco (Ideal)

    • Conocimiento y habilidades :

  • Conocimiento en mantenimiento preventivo industrial.
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Conocimientos sólidos en termodinámica, ingeniería mecánica y sistemas eléctricos aplicados a compresores industriales, sistemas compresores reciprocantes y/o de tornillo.
  • Familiaridad con lectura de diagramas, sistemas de control electrónico, paneles de control y componentes eléctricos asociados con compresores.
  • Habilidades avanzadas de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas, tanto mecánicos como eléctricos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, manejo de situaciones complejas y capacidad de resolución de problemas.

    • Experiencia:

  • Dos o más años de experiencia en equipo industrial mecánico.
  • Experiencia en el uso de técnicas de monitoreo y análisis de datos para el mantenimiento predictivo.
  • Experiencia en automatización (Ideal).
  • Compromiso con las normas de seguridad industrial y prácticas seguras en entornos de trabajo.

    • Requisitos de cargo:

  • Residir en CDMX
  • Debe tener una licencia de conducir valida.
  • Posibilidad de viajar hasta el 75%.
