- Understands the AMS Ticket resolving SLA process make sure the team follows the SLAs

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Worked on with direct client facing roles talk to client understanding their needs work with offshore team to get the work done
- Must be able to do hands on as needed with various FICO related areas
- Should be able to provide status appropriately with descent excel management skills for the FICO team
- Provide business process and functional support for the SAP FI module including its sub ledgers such as AP AR AA and GL Work with different teams and IT partners in different parts of the world to provide services
- Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies drive process integration and standardization
- Experience in SAP FICO and working knowledge of SAP FICO module
- Have done 2 End to End SAP implementations
- Preferably SAP FI or Co certified Must have worked on a full cycle implementation or roll out project for the SAP FI module including data migration and reconciliation
- Experience in Functional Test Planning Preparation Execution Data.
