    El trabajo de un Department Manager en H&M tiene mucha responsabilidad y mucha diversión

    Tu lista de cosas por hacer incluye:

    • Asegúrate de que tu departamento esté brindando un excelente servicio al cliente en el piso de ventas, en los probadores y en la caja
    • Asegúrate de que toda la mercancía se reciba y se muestre correctamente de acuerdo con nuestras pautas comerciales
    • Implementar y hacer un seguimiento de las actividades de ventas junto con el equipo de la tienda
    • Reclutar, capacitar, desarrollar y evaluar a los Vendedores de piso en conjunto con el Gerente de tienda
    • Planificar y organizar al personal de tu departamento para satisfacer las necesidades comerciales
    • Asegurar la rentabilidad a través de la planificación presupuestaria, el seguimiento, las rutinas administrativas y la prevención de pérdidas
    • Eres un ejemplo para tu equipo y actúas como un modelo a seguir

    • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y con un gran enfoque en atención al cliente
    • Capacidad de proporcionar retroalimentación directa y constructiva y capacitar a tu equipo
    • Organizar y ser capaz de priorizar las tareas según las necesidades del negocio
    • Posibilidad de realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido
    • Habilidades de planificación: Capacidad para establecer objetivos, delegar trabajo y resultados de seguimiento
    • Fuertes habilidades de comercialización: Buscas impulsar el negocio a través de la creatividad y el amplio conocimiento de la moda.
    • Una actitud positiva y de coaching, con gran apertura e interés de aprender y mejorar
