    What You Will Do

  • Create and implement digital marketing automation strategies to increase leads, improve campaigns, and build customer databases.
  • Create different automated campaigns based on our customer's personas and customer life cycle.
  • Segment and Target Audiences for Personalized Campaigns
  • Works with the sales team to design and automate lead generation and nurture processes that help move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Ensure our marketing automation campaigns align with industry best practices
  • Research the ideal marketing automation tools to use to reach potential leads.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software for lead generation and sales
  • Collaborate with team members to work on the design and copy/content
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and create data-driven strategies for our marketing projects.
  • Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance and ROI
  • works closely with other teams—sales, IT, and product management—to ensure that marketing automation campaigns align with overall business objectives and that the platform is integrated effectively with other systems.

    • Who You Are

  • Bachelor ́s degree preferably in business administration, marketing, or communication
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in e-commerce/ digital mkt
  • Analytic skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate with other teams.
