    del empleo
    • Coordinar y administrar proyectos del área de acuerdo a procedimientos internos y externos del cliente.
    • Desarrollar e implementar objetivos RPP dentro del área de manufactura con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
    • Controlar y monitorear los procesos de manufactura con el fin de optimizar el resultado dentro del área.
    • Dar seguimiento al IPN en indicadores OEE, capacidades de planta, lecciones aprendidas y reclamos de calidad en el área con el fin de asegurar la implementación en los procesos de manufactura.
    • Participar en auditorias de procesos y calidad (internas/externas) con el fin de conocer los hallazgos presentados asegurando el seguimiento y aplicación de las acciones correctivas..
    • Revisar y desarrollar los procesos de fabricación de productos de acuerdo a dimensión, maquinaria, herramienta y equipos necesarios con el fin de optimizar el resultado.
    • Conocer e identificar los procesos de manufactura críticos y no críticos del VSL.
    • Diseñar y revisar los proyectos de manufactura del VSL con equipos multidisciplinarios.
    • Proponer y realizar proyectos de aumento en la productividad por medio de la reducción de mano de obra o aumento de output.
    • Planear y asegurar la implementación de la metodología de solución de problemas basadas en el TOP 5 para garantizar la resolución de problemas.
    • Fungir como responsable de la mejora sistemática (System-CIP) y continua en los procesos de manufactura y colaborar con proyectos de la mejora continua de la cadena de valor.
    • Asesorar a ingenieros de manufactura y/o expertos de procesos con el fin de desarrollar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de manufactura.
    • Facilitar y comunicar la innovación en tecnologías de manufactura a través de las juntas de IPN.
    Requisitos
    • Educación: Titulo en Ingeniería o relacionado.
    • Al menos 10 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
    • Inglés Nivel avanzado .
    • Procesos de manufactura y nuevos procesos.
    • Metodología de Solución de Problemas
    • Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, SPC.PPAP)
    • Sistema SAP-P81
