    Descripción

    Job Description Lead and ensure Lean Manufacturing Process and the line release according to engineering, safety principles, customer requirements, BOSCH standards and process specifications.

    Assure that the process runs stable and manage the KPIs in order to reach the value stream targets.

    Execute and lead the technical experience (Problem solving methods) to solve the main issues and avoid quality defects in all phases of testing process.

    Provide leadership to coordinate the IPN follow up of given indicators in order to define plans of action and avoid process deviations.

    Lead the continuous improvement projects and reduction of cost activities. Define priorities, autonomy, coaching, and follow up of projects and targets required in the value stream creating own strategy. Qualifications Leadership Self-drive Teamwork Autonomy Maturity Professional Attitude Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
