- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de gestión del cambio para proyectos de transformación organizacional, asegurando una comunicación efectiva, la gestión de stakeholders, la capacitación, y el soporte durante todo el proceso de cambio.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la gestión del talento, desarrollo organizacional y cultura corporativa con los clientes.
- Colaborar en el diseño e implementación de programas de desarrollo profesional y capacitación para mejorar las competencias y habilidades del personal de los clientes.
- Apoyar en la realización de diagnósticos organizacionales para identificar desafíos y oportunidades, y desarrollo de estrategias para abordarlos efectivamente.
- Facilitar talleres y sesiones de entrenamiento sobre gestión del cambio y desarrollo organizacional para diferentes niveles de la organización.
- Medir y analizar el impacto de las iniciativas de cambio mediante indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs), proporcionando informes y recomendaciones basados en datos.
- Asesorar en temas de gestión de recursos humanos, incluyendo reclutamiento, selección, evaluación de desempeño y retención de talento.
- Conocimiento sólido en metodología Change Management.
