    Maintaining industrial equipment and troubleshooting machinery Performing routine preventative maintenance of facility and industrial machineryReview assigned job orders daily and determine work priorities. Makes necessary repairs and adjustments to equipment and completes all assigned maintenance tasks on time and in accordance with company standardsSubmit requisitions for tools, equipment, parts, and supplies required to maintain equipment operations.Oversee workers and perform human resource and administrative duties, such as hiring, training, and promoting. Create periodic reports, work schedules, employee payroll processing, and budget planning.Inspect the building to identify maintenance issues, such as clogged drains, leaky ceilings, and faulty electrical switches Plan, coordinate, and implement maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of the facility, which include regular inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment, systems, and infrastructure components such as electrical, plumbing HVAC, and other related systemsAssure that all safety rules are followed, and safety equipment is used and properly maintained.Support manufacturing engineer to finish the installation of new equipment and production linesExperience in FM Global Annual Audits and Construction projects Develop and Coordinate the Environmental Department, Municipal, State and Federal Permits.5 KEY POINTS:
    • Has experience and willingness to perform hands-on duties of installing, repairing, and maintaining facilities and machinery.
    • 4+ years experience installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery such as press brakes, fiber lasers, grinders, and forklifts.
    • 4+ years experience installing, repairing, and maintaining facilities; plumbing, electrical, structural.
    • Organized, able to proactively coordinate maintenance schedules and vendors.
    • Willing and able to train in the US as needed.
