    Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for mobile device security policy configuration and implementation; including Intune platform technical support . This involves management, configuration and technical implementation of our security polices for Company and BYOD device types.
  • Responsible for mobile device image configuration and implementation; including Intune platform technical support. This involves aligning business requirements, technical solutions, and technical support services for each mobile device class.
  • Responsible for optimization and administration of all Mobile Asset Inventory; including assets procured with or without mobile carrier contracts. This involves management, administration and implementation of mobile asset inventory and reporting.
  • Responsible for optimization and administration of all Mobile Asset Contracts; including contracts managed by IT, and contracts managed by business stakeholders. This involves management, administration and implementation of mobile contracts inventory and reporting.
  • Requires coordination with Digital Plant Program Leaders, IIT-OT Security, and IT-OT Support Leaders or Business Stakeholders who manage or administer regional or country specific mobile contracts.
  • Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in IT or related

    3- 5 Years technical support experience with Intune platform, mobile technology configuration, authentication, certificate configuration, wireless LAN, 5G, and or LTE
