We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced Recruiter to our HR Department based out of our Juriquilla office.

On site:
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Responsibilities:

Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
Design, expand and manager training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
Deliver system training to existing staff, both one-on-one and groups sessions
Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
First month check-ins/skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required
Set up and administer users in software applications
Evaluate training and development programs, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement and performance
Support the Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required including systems implementations, process improvement, data cleansing

Requirements

4 years of experience in an Training & Development role will be an asset
You will need to have proficiency for Training systems, fast learner and experience providing training to employees.
Confidential nature capable and experienced in delivering training on systems
Strong degree of emotion intelligence and interpersonal skills
Energetic, enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
High Attention and detailed oriented.
