    La Familia Alpura busca talento como Generalista de Recursos Humanos con el siguiente perfil:
    Requisitos:M4sculin0Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología o a fínVivir cerca de la zona, a no más de 40 minutos.

    Disponibilidad de horario a partir de las 05:30 amPrincipales Funciones:
    Asegurar captura de incidencias para procesos de nómina.
    Seguimiento a Incapacidades.
    Requisición y entrega de uniformes a los colaboradores.
    Reclutamiento y selección de personal.
    Manejo de expedientes y archivo del área.
    Actividades varias relacionadas al área de Recursos Humanos.


    Experiência:


    Deseable 1 año dentro del área de Recursos Humanos, preferente en empresas de consumo masivoManejo de personal confianza y sindicalizado.

    Conocimientos generales de nómina, seguro social, Reclutamiento y Selección, etc.

    Aprendizaje rápidoActitud de servicioOrientación a resultados.
