    PERSONAL ASSISTANT

    The Personal Assistant will support the General Manager for Mexico and Central America.


    LANGUAGES

    • Proficient in English
    • Knowledge of German (preferable)


    EDUCATION

    • Holder of a bachelor's degree.
    • Exposure to Project Management (a plus)


    QUALITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • We are looking for a candidate who is inquisitive, dynamic, proactive, and takes ownership of their tasks.
    • Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
    • Capacity for strategic planning and problem-solving foresight.
    • Demonstrated skills in task follow-up and project execution.
    • Proficient in financial oversight regarding event and travel budgets.
    • Efficient management of the General Manager's professional and personal schedule (including meeting arrangements and calendar management).
    • Available 24/7 to meet the needs of the General Manager.
    • Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing global events.
    • Skilled in handling sensitive data with integrity and ensuring compliance.
    • Managing reservations, travel logistics, and expense validation. This applies to both the General Manager and board members.
    • Coordinating with the General Manager's transportation support team.
    • Handling supplier registration and administrative tasks.


    COMPENSATION

    • Monthly salary range: 50k-60k MXN
    • Additional benefits beyond legal requirements.
    • Initial 6-month contract, with potential for a permanent position.


    LOCATION

    • Mexico City, Reforma
    • Possibility of remote work up to 2 days per week
