- Develop detailed knowledge of the applications and understand interdependencies to assist in developing and providing long term product solutions.

- Responsible for understanding impacts of releases, patches, integrations, and system updates; Test and validate new system releases and functionality, communicating effectively with customers on changes, and creating documentation when applicable.
- Experience working in applications with business process workflow or implementing IT projects.
- Experience specifically around core capabilities of:
