This role will support the ONE NA Team across SDS, SBNA, SC entities from end-to-end procurement processes.
Bi-Lingual - will be interfacing and working with US based teams
Conducts risk assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and determine the impact of proposed changes to business processes, applications, and systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in business unit operations
-Monitor and review company's project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within scheduled period of time and budget
- Provide effective management to organization's business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth
- Build effective relationship with the US IT heads so as to maintain demand inflow and increase related savings for the program.
- Perform efficient finance management for ONE NA Program
- Act as local head for MX team members and lead all human resources escalations by ensuring harmonious environment for working
- Communicate to the executive team an overall program status, improvements.
- Analyze and ensure the quality of the KPI ́s & OKR ́s for the project.
- In charge of developing communication strategy with the collective (Townhalls), and other communication to US heads/areas.
- Crisis management and risk control
- Point of Escalation for different topics regarding team members in the program
- Decision making skills: He/she should have the ability to analyze information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problems
Education and Experience
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science & Systems (IT)
- - years of experience in IT, Banking, Finance
- Previous experience in a similar IT Leading Position
- IT Governance, Information security and IT Operations experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
Other Skills
Ability to tack complaints and resolve disputes and conflicts
Motivating skills: The business unit manager should be able to encourage and build team spirit among staff, bringing about mutual respect and cooperation
Ability to understand and implement ONE NA Technology program strategy and ability to deal with BAU aspects.
Highly organized, strong time management skills, and ability to follow-up action items and requests
Be able to have early days based in US schedule
