    Sobre la misión del puesto:

    • Buscamos una persona que cuente con conocimientos técnicos, experiencia en gestión de proyectos y administración de almacenes, que coordine a los equipos de trabajo para la implementación de prácticas y estándares, persiguiendo los objetivos establecidos.
    • Esta persona será responsable de liderar al equipo de mantenimiento en la integración y recepción exitosa de proyectos, así como en la gestión confiable y eficiente tanto de los almacenes de refacciones como del control de activos fijos.

    Sobre las actividades:

    • Es responsable de la implementación de prácticas, controles de riesgo y estándares de Manufactura de Excelencia y Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, tales como: Gestión Temprana de Equipos, integración de proyectos, inventarios, control de inventario crítico, obsoleto y bajo movimiento, Business Process de almacenes.
    • Es responsable de liderar la implementación de la Política Business Process de activos fijos.
    • Es responsable de participar en los proyectos de inversión, desde la etapa de definición hasta la implementación y puesta en marcha.
    • Es responsable de coordinar la operación de los almacenes de refacciones.
    • Es Key User en SAP PM.
    • Es responsable de supervisar el trabajo hecho por terceros, asegurando que se respeten los lineamientos de seguridad y calidad acordados.

    Sobre las competencias requeridas:

    • Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Ingeniería Eléctrica o afín.
    • 2 años de experiencia como supervisor de mantenimiento a líneas de envasado.
    • Uso y conocimiento de SAP PM, MS Project y MS Office.
    • Análisis, enfoque a la solución, trabajo colaborativo, comunicación y liderazgo.
