Gerente de Estrategia Comercial (Business Banking Upper-Mid Market Enterprises)
Diseño e implementación de estrategias, modelo de negocio, proyectos globales y locales enfocados a incrementar la rentabilidad del portafolio de Business Banking Upper y Mid Market Enterprises, así como el apoyo a la línea de negocios al cumplimiento de objetivos.
Diseño, implementación y seguimiento de estrategias orientadas a incrementar la rentabilidad del portafolio.
• Incrementar la vinculación del segmento BBU/MME.
• Planeación, implementación y seguimiento a proyectos globales y locales.
• Estandarizar y eficientar la gestión del equipo de ventas para incrementar los ingresos libres de riesgo y la rentabilidad de las carteras.
• Impulsar el uso de herramientas de gestión locales y globales con el equipo comercial.
• Administrar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes del segmento de acuerdo a las estrategias establecidas.
• Captar nuevos clientes haciendo uso de diversas herramientas, técnicas, prácticas comerciales.
• Ejecutar estrategias para detener la salidas de clientes (attrition).
• Analizar la información financiera y comercial de los actuales y potenciales clientes.
• Vigilar el ingreso y la transferencia de precio de los negocios actuales de adquirente y desarrollar estrategias de rentabilización.
• Estrategias para incrementar el margen de captación y colocación en los portafolios.
• Gestión de herramienta Sinergia para colaboración entre segmentos.
• Diseño de estrategia y seguimiento a canales digitales.
• Gestión de la estructura de Gerentes de Implementación y Gerente de Nuevos Negocios para el logro de los objetivos de Comisiones.
• Cumplimiento de las metas de generación de ingresos y eficiencia del gasto del segmento.
• Seguimiento al cumplimiento de los Planes de Cuenta de clientes acreditados para asegurar el cumplimiento de Gross RoRWA.
• Seguimiento a mejoras en procesos para la reducción de carga administrativa al equipo de ventas.
• Conocimiento de productos bancarios
• Deseable experiencia en LoB
• Análisis de PNL
• Inglés avanzado / intermedio
• Manejo de proyectos
• Manejo de paquetería office (Excel y power point avanzado)
• Deseable experiencia con steakeholders globales.
