    About The Position

    YOUR MISSION
    • Responsible for Field Service Engineer ́s occupation at the assigned territory
    • Ensure technicians start the mission with all needed materials and documents for the work assigned
    • Ensure consolidation of workload and the planning of required resources for new equipment and service
    • Ensure the planning of Project Support/Global resources for complex deals and critical operations
    • When necessary align or reroute appropriate technicians to accommodate customer emergencies
    • Identify missing skill global to sustain operations according to the business plan
    • Responsible for workload forecast for new equipment and service in conjunction with Sales and Service
    • Ensure feedback to his Manager for process & quality improvement opportunities, risks on availability, critical cases
    • Own and drive the update of the on planning Sidel tools, such as FSM
    • If applicable, ensure trainning planning, highlight gaps, drive corrective plans
    • Follow up on their interventions, ensure an occupation rate according to KPI, manage vacations, time off and layover

    Requirements

    Enhanced English Proficiency:
    • Proficient in advanced English language skills, including both verbal and written communication.
    • Proven Administrative Expertise: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in various administrative tasks and roles.
    • Effective Leadership Abilities: Possess strong positive leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards shared goals.
    • Exemplary Organizational Skills: Known for meticulous organization and ability to streamline processes for improved efficiency.
    • Comprehensive Conflict Resolution Expertise: Equipped with in-depth knowledge and experience in effectively managing and resolving conflicts within diverse environments.
