- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job offers, filtering CVs, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Help with the orientation and onboarding of new employees to ensure effective integration into the team.
- Participate in the management of employee data and keep personnel records up-to-date in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Support in the administration of benefits.
- Contribute to the implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and execution of training and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team in the collection and analysis of data for human resources reports.
- Handle inquiries and solve employee-related issues in a professional and confidential manner.
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems is preferable.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
