    GBS OVH Team Sr Lead

    If you're ready to bring the best, come join the Finance team as an Overhead Team Sr Lead. You'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver the high-quality results, balancing workloads, and expertise within the team. You will provide business partnering to Corporate and North American Managers and Directors by establishing regular touch points to ensure high quality support. This hybrid role is located in Queretaro, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

    Based on your performance, you'll have the opportunity to grow in your role. Plus, on the days you're in the office, no matter which office you'll be at, there will be a free snack to enjoy the brands we're all so proud to represent.

    A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

    • Overhead Management Processes: Coordinate and support the team in executing the end-to-end overhead management processes, such as: budgets & forecasts, cost centers management, month end close for complex functions like Supply Chain and Commercial.
    • Business Partnering: Lead a team of professionals and establish regular touch points to ensure high quality support.
    • Team Management: Actively challenge business processes to become more efficient. Ensure positive discussions to find better business outcomes, spread knowledge, and promote best practice sharing across the team.
    • Effective organization: Improve the service delivery within span of control, promoting process simplification and automation, managing process scorecard in a continuous improvement context.

    We're Looking for Someone With

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
    • Strong technical skills in financial analysis, data manipulation, and process automation.
    • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (3-4 years minimum).
    • Good business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • 3-4 years of experience in similar roles.
    • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
