- Coordinate and support the team in executing overhead management processes, including budgets & forecasts, cost centers management, and month end close for functions like Supply Chain and Commercial.
- Lead the team in business partnering and establish regular touch points for quality support.
- Actively challenge business processes to enhance efficiency, encourage positive discussions for better outcomes, share knowledge, and promote best practices within the team.
- Improve service delivery, promote process simplification and automation, and manage process scorecard for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA or relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CFA, CPA).
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis, data manipulation, and process automation.
- Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (minimum 3-4 years).
- Good business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- 3-4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Your role will involve leading a team of professionals to deliver top-notch results, manage workloads, and expertise within the team. You will provide business support to Corporate and North American Managers and Directors by establishing regular touch points to ensure top-notch support. This hybrid role is based in Queretaro, with an office-home balance of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote – subject to change.
