    If youre ready to bring the best, come join the Human Resources team as a Talent Management Sr. Specialist . Provide executional and advisory support to the Americas to enable effective Talent Management Processes (Talent Review, Succession Planning and Performance Management. You will also drive standardization and scalability of our talent processes

    A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

  • Consulting & Recommendation: Provide recommendations to Functions/COEs on how to use the organizational talent tools based on actual implementation
  • Project Management : Work with the Global COE to project manage the global deployment of tools and materials that will move the Kellanovas Talent Philosophy and Leader Commitments forward
  • Experience Integration : Integrate regional and global experiences to align talent and performance management approach, processes and tools
  • Reporting: Pull ad-hoc reports to provide relevant metrics around talent and performance management
  • HR Analytics: Provide high-level analytics on how does the Function/ Region is managing talent and performance. For example: Succession bench strength in terms of D&I or successors readiness
  • Partnership and Processes Standarization& Execution : Work with other GBS teams, COEs, and HRDs to deliver talent processes in the most effective way. Drive the execution of talent processes and contribute to the standardization and simplification of the execution of global talent processes and their tools

    • Were Looking for Someone With

    Bachelor in Organizational Psychology, Management or similar

    Excel proficiency

    Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish

    Analytics and Intellectual curiosity Capable of reading and cross data to provide insights

    Capable of managing ambiguity

    5-7 years of experience in organizational development and/or HR business facing roles

    Customer oriented and collaboration skills

    Experience implementing talent and performance management processes and methodologies

    Desirable: Experience using Success Factors talent module What else do I Need to Know?
