    El candidato elegido, tendrá la oportunidad de unirse al equipo de financial advisory como Senior de transaction services , realizando funciones de:

  • Administración, control y seguimiento a cuartos de datos (Virtual data room).
  • Sostener llamadas con clientes y targets antes, durante y después de un proyecto de transaction services en inglés y español).
  • Elaboración de datapacks en Excel.
  • Elaboración de los principales análisis propios de un due diligence (EBITDA, Capital de trabajo y Deuda neta).
  • Generación y revisión de reporte de due diligence.
  • Seguimiento y colaboración con equipos de trabajo

    • ¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Licenciatura en contaduría, finanzas, economía u otra afín (titulado o en proceso)
  • Experiencia en transaction services de 3+ años
  • Inglés conversacional intermedio/avanzado
  • Office avanzado
  • Ubicación en MTY o CDMX
