    L2/L3 Support Engineer (L2/L3 Support Engineer, MEXICO)

    YOUR ROLE

    • This position will provide technical support for MyQuorum Land application – one instance is premise and one instance which is cloud based (Azure). This is a client facing role and requires excellent communication skills (English) and customer service skills with the ability to translate user problems, errors, and requirements into actionable technical solutions.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Experience supporting applications that uses relational databases such as Oracle.
    • Excellent oral and written communications (English).
    • Experience with Oracle database queries and consults.
    • High degree of problem solving from error messages and user issue reports.
    • Experience supporting oil and gas applications preferred.
    • Experience supporting web applications with SQL queries experience.
    • Experience testing web applications ready for deployment.
    • Experience supporting web based applications hosted on cloud (Azure) and on premise.
    • Willing to learn PL/SQL or on hands experience programming with PL/SQL is a plus.
    • Be able to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
    • Experience monitoring issues from start to resolution.
    • Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
    • Experience supporting MyQuorum Land application preferred.
    • Experience with SQL programming.
