- TSC debe ser experto en tecnología y soluciones integrales del portafolio de productos EBS. Su perfil está dirigido a ser un consultor tecnológico con enfoque comercial y negociador, siendo el primordial apoyo a la fuerza comercial durante el proceso de preventa.
- Tendrá una dualidad, ya que además de dar soporte al equipo comercia sobre el portafolio, también podrá realizar venta directa de los servicios; PBAS, Control Center, Control Flotilla, Fleet Complete o cualquier servicio considerado como un servicio de valor agregado (VAS). El TSC en esta figura será el vededor de la oportunidad.
- Dar acompañamiento a los ejecutivos de ventas AT&T durante todo el proceso de la preventa como generador de demanda a fin de generar un funnel robusto y real que soporte el compromiso de la cuota.
- Generar prospección de oportunidades y realizar toda el proceso de venta , desde el contacto con el cliente, hasta ingresar la documentación necesaria para el proceso de activación.
- Generar estrategias con los ejecutivos asignados siendo el factor de sinergia entre las diferentes áreas internas a fin de lograr las metas mensuales.
- Generar los entregables técnicos de los proyectos vendidos bajo los formatos preestablecidos a fin de documentar la venta y sirva de base para la atención de la postventa.
