    Tus retos en el equipo serán:

    Proponer y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento que puedan impulsar los objetivos de crecimiento de ingresos, aumento de ventas y de clientes.

    Implementar estrategias de adquisición mediante campañas SEM (campañas de paid media), SEO (posicionamiento orgánico) y mailing.

    Realizar reportes e informes con los insights identificados para toma de decisiones.

    Capacitar al equipo para la optimización de campañas y nuevas plataformas.

    Realizar investigaciones de mercado para comprender mejor las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes potenciales y ajustar las estrategias en consecuencia.

    Realizar un seguimiento y análisis de métricas clave para evaluar el rendimiento de las estrategias de generación de demanda ( métricas como conversiones, tasas de clics, tasas de apertura de correo electrónico, etc).

    Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a los OKRs trimestrales del área.

    3 años de experiencia trabajando para aplicaciones en áreas afines con marketing digital o de growth.

    Carreras de Administración, Marketing, Publicidad y afines.

    Conocimiento de herramientas como Google Ads, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, entre otras.

    Orientado en Data y experimentación.

    Creativo, autónomo y apasionado.

    Seguimiento a KPIs.

    Conocimiento en CRM (Hubspot).

    Misión a nivel regional: lograr que los negocios de LATAM se despreocupen de su logística.

    Esquema: Remoto.

    Crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.
