    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused After-Sale Specialist to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with any after-sale concerns or issues.
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services to ensure that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Track and report customer feedback and suggest improvements to our products and services.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on after-sale support.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Fluency in Spanish and English.
